3. Intellectual Property

3.1 Our Content

All content on this Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and software, is the property of CG Experts or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

3.2 Client Work

Upon full payment, clients receive the agreed-upon usage rights for deliverables as specified in individual project contracts. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, CG Experts retains the right to use completed work for portfolio and promotional purposes.

3.3 Third-Party Assets

Clients are responsible for ensuring they have proper rights to any third-party assets (logos, trademarks, copyrighted materials) they provide for use in projects.

4. Project Terms

4.1 Quotes and Estimates

All quotes provided are estimates based on the information available at the time. Final pricing may vary based on project scope changes or additional requirements.

4.2 Payment Terms

Standard payment terms are 50% upfront and 50% upon delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing. All fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.

4.3 Revisions

The number of revision rounds is specified in each project agreement. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges.

4.4 Timelines

Project timelines are estimates and may be affected by client feedback turnaround times, scope changes, or other factors beyond our control.

5. Confidentiality and NDA

We respect client confidentiality. Upon request, we can execute Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) to protect sensitive project information. Information marked as confidential will not be disclosed to third parties or used for portfolio purposes without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CG Experts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use our services
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our services
• Any bugs, viruses, or similar issues transmitted through our services

7. Warranty Disclaimer

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CG Experts, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or relating to your use of our services or violation of these terms.
